Biography

Rory Wood enters the 2025/26 campaign as one of Aberdeen Lynx’s main netminders, having stepped up to take on a bigger role between the pipes. A product of the club’s junior system, Rory has now completed his time at U19 level and is fully focused on the SNL side. Last season he impressed with consistently strong performances, including a near-.900 save percentage in the league and standout showings in the Scottish Cup. With his composure, size and agility, Rory has quickly established himself as a reliable option in goal and will be looking to make an even greater impact this season.
