Can I buy tickets on the door?

No, game night tickets must be purchased in advance online. Our arena regularly sells out on game nights and there are no ticket sale facilities on the door. To avoid disappointment please do not travel to the arena without a valid game night ticket.

What’s the price of a game night ticket for the 2026/27 season?

Game night tickets for the 2026/27 season are priced at £14 for adults and £10 for children (Under 16 years old) + booking fees. Under 5’s can go FREE if sitting on a parent/guardians lap.

Is there home and away sections?

No we don’t have designated home and away sections, all fans enjoy the game together!

How will I receive my ticket(s)?

  • Your ticket(s) will be confirmed by email, please check your junk folder if you do not receive email confirmation after purchase. Your tickets will be attached as a PDF, you will also have the option to download the tickets into your wallet of your device (Apple/Android) and also view them on the Lynx Ticketing App. The app is available to download here: https://app.futureticketing.ie/b0f6f399-f66f-4636-a0ea-aeaac7f5b623 allowing you to store all your tickets from multiple orders in one location.

I created an account and I can’t see my tickets.

Please ensure that you created an account using the same email address you used when purchasing your Tickets. If your tickets are still not visible, then please contact us at contactus@aberdeenlynx.com. Please allow up to two working days for us to respond to your query.

I have purchased a ticket for a friend how to I share with them?

You can send them their pdf ticket that is included in the booking email or if you have Lynx app you can do it via there. 

I have purchased a ticket through a channel that is not Aberdeen Lynx - is my ticket legitimate?

We cannot confirm whether the ticket is legitimate until it is scanned on the day of the event. We are also not liable to provide refunds. 

What's the easiest way to access my Tickets on Gameday?

With an iPhone or Android smartphone, the LYNX app can easily be added to your home screen. This process allows you to access your Season Ticket within seconds.

What is the Handling fee?

We are 100% transparent with our fees, we don’t hide them in the ticket costs. The handling fee covers the cost of the software used to manage the ticketing and the card processing fees.

How to I purchase accessible seating?

All our seating options are available to book online. We do however have limited accessible seating for those with mobility issues due to the limitations of the venue.

Can I lend my child's season ticket to an adult?

No. A child’s season ticket must be used by a child. It can not be used by an adult and can not be upgraded. 

I have purchased ticket insurance how do I make a claim?

Ticket insurance is provided by a third party. Details of this insurance and details on how to make a claim are included in your original booking confirmation.
