What a night our last game before Christmas was! With a massive 10-1 win against North Ayrshire Wild to top off a night of festive fun at the sell out game.
It was our annual Teddy Toss and with over a 1000 fans in the Linx Arena we were blown away by the generosity of everyone who bought a Teddy. What a sight it was seeing them all being tossed onto the ice on the first home goal.
Our junior Lynx hockey players were ready and waiting with their skates on to help the SNL boys gather up all the soft toys ready to donate to Northbound Cash for Kids #Mission Christmas Appeal
We know how hard things are for everyone just now so to see everyone’s generosity in helping make sure every child in the North East will have something to open on Christmas Day was just fantastic.
The Christmas spirit didn’t stop there as the supporters club ‘Elves’ had organised ‘Lennox’s Grotto’ and were giving away selection boxes for the young hockey fans who were at the game.
