Euan Hanton

Euan Hanton is a Canadian forward from Castor, Alberta, who joined the Aberdeen Lynx ahead of the 2024/25 season.

A right-shot forward, Euan is known for his high hockey IQ, vision and puck skills. Equally comfortable creating scoring opportunities or finishing them himself, he brings creativity and composure to the Lynx attack while contributing in all areas of the offensive zone.

Before moving to Scotland, Euan developed his game in Canada, gaining experience at junior level before making the transition to the Scottish National League. Since joining the Lynx, he has become an important part of the forward group, with his progress briefly interrupted by injury during the 2025/26 season.

Euan continues to add skill, speed and offensive awareness to the Lynx lineup, making him a valuable member of the team’s forward unit.
