Biography

Ben started his hockey career in the youth teams at Dundee before making his SNL debut with Dundee Comets.  The following season saw him leap to EIHL Elite league at the age of 17, as well as representing Great Britain in the U18 & U20 squads alongside fellow Scots Chad Smith (Edinburgh Capitals) and Stuart Kerr (Solway Sharks) After 3 seasons at Elite level, Ben stepped back to the SNL with Dundee Comets, playing 2 seasons there before taking a break.  Post COVID saw Ben join Aberdeen Lynx in the 2021/2022 Season where he has proven a steady and reliable member of the team. This earned him the Captains armband in 2023.
