D-man #88 Owen Michie has re-signed with the Lynx for his second consecutive season. A skilled skater and experienced defenceman, Owen knows what to do on the ice and gets the job done.
Owen said, “I really enjoyed my first season back playing hockey and it was great doing it with the Lynx. We didn’t get the result we was after but hopefully this coming season we can pull it out the bag and put on a good show for the fans.”
Coach Jordan Leyden commented, “Owen came back to us last year after taking a few years off. Within no time he’d cemented himself back in to the team. He’s matured immensely and fit in with the guys like a glove. It’s awesome that he’s coming back to the squad and will be back with his D partner Jack Flynn..”
