We’re thrilled to unveil the limited edition charity shirts for our upcoming Lynx Alumni Game on August 17th! This special event will feature two teams of past and present Lynx players competing on the ice, all in support of two incredible causes.
The teams will represent Charlie House and MND Scotland, both outstanding charities that make a significant impact in our community.
We challenged our junior members to design shirts for both teams that would capture the spirit of each charity. The response was overwhelming, showcasing incredible creativity and talent from our young supporters.
After careful consideration, we’re proud to announce our winners:
🏆 Harvey Paterson (age 13) and Karley Paterson (age 11)
These siblings delivered stunning designs that perfectly embody our chosen charities. As our grand prize winners, Harvey and Karley will each receive a custom shirt and a family pass to the game.
Given the exceptional quality of entries, we’ve also selected two runners-up:
🥈Brodie Strachan (age 12) and Casper Peters (age 10)
Both runners-up will receive family passes to the charity game.
Don’t miss your chance to own a piece of Lynx history! We’ll be hosting an online auction where ALL the player shirts will be available for bidding. 100% of the profits will be split between Charlie House and MND Scotland, so we encourage everyone to bid generously for these worthy causes.
Stay tuned for more details on the auction and game day. Let’s come together as a community to support these amazing charities while celebrating the rich history of Aberdeen Lynx ice hockey!
