The Aberdeen Lynx are thrilled to announce the renewal of their partnership with XL Group for the upcoming 2023-24 season. This reaffirms the Lynx’s commitment to elevating their performance and solidifying their position as a force to be reckoned with in Scottish Ice Hockey. As the XL Group logo takes its place once again on the team’s jerseys, the message is clear: a dynamic collaboration is in full swing, promising an exciting season ahead.
XL Group Emblem: A Symbol of Unity: As the Aberdeen Lynx players step onto the rink, they will proudly sport the XL Group logo on their jerseys, showcasing the alliance between a dedicated sports team and a prominent business entity. The XL Group logo serves as a constant reminder of the mutual commitment to achieving greatness both on and off the ice.
Colin Laird, CEO of XL Group, had no hesitation in continuing XL Group’s sponsorship, “The exposure the sponsorship gave the companies in XL Group and the online engagement through promoting it have been bigger than we expected and worked both ways. There was also the benefit to our staff, with some attending each game and we had a very enjoyable night out when we took a large group of employees and family to one game, particularly with Toby winning Man of the Match. His jersey in our office in Canada provides a talking point for the ice hockey fanatics over there.“
Automation XL: Sponsorship of Josh Purvis: One of XL Group’s divisions, Automation XL, will be extending its support by sponsoring Josh Purvis for the forthcoming season. Just as Automation XL specialises in optimising efficiency, Josh exemplifies dedication and precision on the ice.
A spokesperson for Automation XL said, “When it came to selecting a player for Automation XL to sponsor, replacing JP Jack, there was a huge choice of talented players who brought something to the team last season. Selecting Josh Purvis was easy in the end, as Colin our CEO was in the army and XL Group support several army related events.”
Aquidata XL Ongoing Backing for Toby Reynolds: Aquidata XL, another noteworthy division of XL Group, continues its unwavering endorsement of Toby Reynolds, further underscoring the synergy between sportsmanship and cutting-edge technology.
Mark Hamilton, Managing Director of Aquidata XL said “Aquidata XL are delighted to be continuing our sponsorship of Toby Reynolds for the 2023/24 Scottish National League season. Aquidata XL and XL Group have been honoured to sponsor Toby for 4 seasons now, and we wish him and the Lynx team a very successful defence of their 2022/23 Scottish National League championship title.”
With the XL Group logo proudly displayed on our team’s jerseys and Automation XL’s sponsorship of Josh Purvis, along with Aquidata XL continued support for Toby Reynolds, this collaboration is a celebration of talent, innovation, and community spirit. The Aberdeen Lynx take the ice with the full force of XL Group’s support, ready for what is set to be another thrilling season!
